Hello! Thank you for considering Automan Collision & Repair for your collision repair for your collision repair needs! We pride ourselves on making the collision repair process as seamless as possible. To get started, we will need to collect some basic information from you and develop an initial estimate and repair plan for your vehicle.

If you are having your repairs completed through an insurance company, our team will take care of submitting our estimate and the other needed documentation on your behalf to the responsible insurance company! Over the years we have developed great relationships with our insurance companies making this step of the process seamless. Already have an estimate from an insurance company or wanting to pay out of pocket? Great! You are one step ahead!

After getting your claim approved, we will schedule you to drop off at a time that is convenient for you. When you drop your vehicle off at a time that is convenient for you. When you drop your vehicle off, an Enterprise representative will be at our office waiting on you with your rental car ready! Checking in is as easy as handing us the key to your ride and driving off in your rental car!

As we are carrying out the necessary repairs, we will meticulously inspect the vehicle for any additional damage that we may not have been able to see during your preliminary estimate. If additional damage is discovered, we will submit an updated estimate to your insurance company for payment! You don't have to lift a finger! If you wish, we will send you regular SMS updates throughout the repair process.

Before you pick up, your vehicle will undergo a quality control process in which we will look over every aspect of the repairs and your vehicle. We will check and double check every clip and screw is where it should be, we will test drive your vehicle to ensure there are no drivability issues, and finally we will run an electronic diagnostic report on your vehicle's onboard computer to ensure all systems are functioning properly.

By quality checking our work, we ensure you are completely satisfied with our work and that your vehicle is safe for you and your family to take on the road again! We will then wash your vehicle for you and call you to tell you the great news! You can come pick up your vehicle and leave your rental car at our shop for Enterprise to retrieve later. You will be able to drive away in your newly repaired vehicle with complete confidence because Automan's repairs are warrantied! Thank you for considering us for your repairs.
