Thanks so much for helping me with the recent problem I had with my [car]. When I first took it to the dealership to have the transmission fixed, I was told it would cost $3300 to fix. I don't know too much about cars and normally I would agreed to the repair and paid for it myself.
Looking for some help, I picked up the phone and called you.
You contacted [the company] and found out that there was a recall on my vehicle. You also taught me how to speak with the Service Department in their language so they could make a case on my behalf.
I just heard back from the service representative at the dealership.
[My car's manufacturer] is going to cover the cost of my repair and give me credit toward a rental car while mine is being fixed!
Your knowledge and expertise saved me $3300!

It's very comforting to know that our cars can be serviced without either of us having to leave the office. One last Thank You for taking the time to try and talk me through a problem with our SUV on the weekend and then coming to our aid the next day when it wouldn't go into gear.

James scheduled a rental car for me and worked directly with my insurance company through the claims process which saved me a ton of time and hassle! The repair was completed quickly and looks great. It was nice to get my bumper and windshield replaced, my hood repaired and repainted, and my car detailed all under one roof. When the repairs were finished they delivered my car to me while I was at work because I wasn't able to make it to the shop during normal business hours. The entire process was effortless on my part!
